Graná Documentary is a feature film showcasing a week in the life of Granada Locals During Easter week.
This film will embark you on a journey of discovering the true meaning of belongingness. Thanks to the exploration of culture, tradition, religion and brotherhood, this film will shine a light on the importance of community living, as well as offering a feast for the eyes and soul.

MEET THE TEAM
LUCIA LOPEZ
Director-Producer
Lucia Lopez is an actor, dancer, writer, director and producer. Her works include dance films, short comedies and theatre drama. Her passion and admiration for Spanish culture have brought her into fully immersing herself in this Documentary project, where she is determined to find the true spirit of Easter Week in Granada.
MERCEDES LOPEZ IRAZABAL
Narrator-Creative Producer
Mercedes Lopez Irazabal is a psychotherapist native to Granada. Her family history is nomad and she is determined to find out more about her roots, the place where she was born and what is embedded beyond tradition in order for it to be kept alive.
NATALIE PEYTON MOORE
Director of Photography
Natalie Peyton Moore is a cinematographer and photography educator native to New York City. Her work centres around documenting marginalised communities and cultivating working artist groups around the city. Photographs and video works of hers have shown at the Queens Museum in NYC, and recently at Galería La Lonja in Logroño, Spain, as well as Casa de la Imagen, which is also in Logroño.
CHRIS SUTTON
Sound Director
Chris Sutton has been working with sound for twenty years. He has recorded 17 feature films and numerous commercials, corporates, factual and entertainment. He is also a musician and very versed in recording in live environments. Only last year he was in Granada recording a feature during Easter Week and filmed the processions, so has a good practise run.
